Thanks for you article. I’m a Baby Boomer. I have millennial adult children who are now married, and one with 2 children at the tail end of Generation Z. I taught college millennials for many years. And now I teach Generation Z — our new future. One difference I’ve noticed so far — some millennials (and who are now most likely parents) would ask for grade changes or have their parents demand them on their behalf. So far, not one Generation Z student has challenged a grade or demanded an grade. Progress!
