Thank you for your story. I identify with it. I, too, have suffered with rheumatoid arthritis. I stopped taking Methotrexate and Plaquenil. Changing my diet to Paleo was a game changer. We got rid of processed foods: flour, corn, rice, dairy, high fructose, sugar, preservatives. These cause inflammation. We replaced these with almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, almond yogurt. We continued with our olive oil, fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and poultry. My rheumatoid factor was back to normal with my new diet. I’m also an ultrarunner. I’ve been running over 30 years. Movement also alleviates and gets rid of rheumatoid arthritis.
