Really enjoyed your piece about the heart. I’ve been running over 30 years. Training for my 27th ultramarthon — a 48 hour ultramarathon. I’ve been told by an anesthesiologist I have an “athlete’s heart.” So man good ways to keep the heart healthy and to keep moving — walking, running, climbing, hiking, gardening, snowshoeing….
