Great piece! For a while my husband and I started to sleep in separate rooms because he snores. For about the last year we’ve been sleeping in separate rooms because he has stage 4 cancer. Cancer pain, chemo, radiation, and surgeries make it hard for him to sleep comfortably. He doesn’t want to keep me up. And as his cancer caregiver, I need my sleep. It would be interesting to see how many couples sleep separately because of health/medical issues and challenges and not because they want to. We don’t want to sleep apart but….
